Ciao a tutti!
We enjoyed another wonderful evening at the Club tonight, 62 members were in attendance. Tonight we celebrated our “Past Presidents”, Karen Garcia, Vera Kaufman, Loretta Iacobitti, Lillian Taddei, Marilyn Sibitz and me. Before our meeting we all enjoyed a beautiful display of “culinary deliciousness”. Thank you very much to our members who provided their favorite recipes for our spuntino for this celebration. Also, a BIG thank you to our chairladies Diane Sericati and Mary Ann De Pianto, for planning this lovely event in true Fratellanza Style!
July in review: Our June/ July birthday dinner was very well attended; we had 187 members and guests. The ballroom and dining room both were decorated in Red, White and Blue for the celebration of the 4th of July. The evening started with a very successful cookie bake sale. Thank you to All of our wonderful cookie chef members who baked their favorites recipes for this evening, and to chairlady Lillian Taddei and her cookie sellers. As always, all proceeds of the bake sale go to our Scholarship Fund. Our dinner was enjoyed by our birthday girls along with their family and guests. Thank you to those who donated all the lovely incentive gifts, they are always appreciated!! A Big thanks goes out to our set-up helpers, reservation/ticket ladies, raffle ladies, cooks, bartenders, kitchen and Waite staff! Great job!!!
