EVENT RESERVATIONS

Reservations are generally required for most club events, and can be called in to the phone number or emailed to contact information below. However, be sure to always double check on the event flyer for the specific information. For day events and the men’s club events, the reservation information will always be different.

Many of our events are sellouts, and reservations should be made as early as possible in order to guarantee that you will be able to attend these events.

Reservations should be made by the deadline indicated on the flyer/notice for that event.

For Birthday Dinners, reservations should be made by 5:00pm on the Friday before the dinner.

When making a reservation by phone or e-mail, please provide the following information:
1. Your name.
2. Total number of individuals in your group (incude the number that are members and the number as non-members).
3. For the Birthday Dinner: NAMES of Birthday Ladies in your group.
4. A telephone number so that we can contact you if needed.

Payment:
For most of the dinner events, payment is due at the time of the dinner via cash, check or credit card. For most all other events, refer to the flyer for the information on where to send your payment as some events might need to be prepaid.

Cancellation Information:

Unless we receive a cancellation 48 hours before the event, “No-Shows” will be charged the full cost of the event.
