Fall is in the air, and with that, come fun activities of the season. Our famous Polenta Dinner, Halloween and of course one of my personal favorite Thanksgiving.
Our September Birthday Chairladies were Karen Garcia and niece Dianna Willyard. The dinner was delicious, and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you, Ladies, and to our set-up ladies, servers, kitchen helpers, cooks, bartenders, and everyone who worked to make this a successful event. Also, to our generous members who brought the lovely raffle gifts, your support is always appreciated!!
On Saturday September 21st, 2024. “The East Bay Italian Club’s Bocce Ball Tournament” was hosted by our own Fratellanza Club. Congratulations goes out to our members who took “First Place”, Renee Howley-Borreani, Lisa Borreani, Melinda Brignone, and Terri Orsi, and our members taking “Second Place” Diane Sericati, Loretta Iacobitti, Anne Martorello, and Bobbie Giarratana. The Galileo Club Ladies placed Third. I hope you all had a great time!! You make us proud!!
At our October 1, 2024 Business meeting our Elections took place for new officers for term 2025-2026. NOTE: VP, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary and One Trustee TBD (to be determined).
October 15, 2024, Come and join us for our October Polenta dinner. The Chairladies are Barbara Barassi, and daughter Christina Davis. They have a wonderful dinner planned. November 19, 2024, is our November Birthday dinner/Bake Sale. Please put this date on your calendar. Members are asked to bring a homemade treats that will be sold at the bake sale with the proceeds going to our Scholarship Fund. More information to follow.
December 15, 2024, Santa will be arriving at the Fratellanza Club!! The Christmas letter and gift registration form was sent out in the September Bulletin. Please complete the registration form and mail to Rozz Cantisani as requested on the form. NOTE: Family and child must be present to receive gifts. Reservation Deadline is October 15. 2024.
