Our May Birthday Dinner was chaired by Arlene Howell. We celebrated the birthday girls for the months of February, March, April, and May. It was a great evening; the dining room was decorated beautifully with spring colors. Arlene chose a wonderful dinner menu, that was just “DEELICIOUS” and enjoyed by all. Her cupcake desserts were also decorated in the matching spring colors. A “Big Thanks” goes out to Arlene, the set-up ladies, wait staff, kitchen helpers, cooks, reservations/ticket booth, and the raffle ladies. Let’s not forget our wonderful bartenders! It really takes a village to put on events at the club and we are fortunate to have members that want to volunteer to help! Maybe, next time you would like to chair an event, it really is fun!! All you have to do, is do it!!! 😊
June Meeting: Our first order of business was the THIRD and FINAL reading of the proposed amendments to the By-Laws. A secret ballot was distributed to all members present to vote. NOTE: Votes were counted and amendments passed.
Rose Marie Gish conducted the installation of our nine new members to the Fratellanza Women’s Social Club. They are, Marie Carayavis, Julia Rose Collins, Vali Ebert, Linda Lee, Natalie Lenz-Acuna, Joy Mercedes, Francesca Piccinini, Melanie Price, and Cathy Werner. Welcome Ladies, we look forward to seeing you at our meetings and participating at our club events. Thank you for choosing the Fratellanza Women’s Social Club, as your club, to honor our Italian Heritage, Culture, and most of all, Family!! (great food too!)
I’m looking forward to Sunday afternoon, June 23, 2024, I hope you are too!! “BUNCO” is coming to the Fratellanza Club. Bring your family, friends and neighbors for a wonderful Ravioli luncheon and a fun game of Bunco. . . No experience needed. Instructions given at the beginning of play! RSVP by June 20, 2024, contact: Loretta Iacobitti. Cash prizes for most bunco wins and even most losses. Raffle gifts are appreciated!! Set up is on Saturday, June 22 at 10:30am.
