EVENT RESERVATIONS
Reservations are generally required for most club events, and can be called in to the phone number or emailed to contact information below. However, be sure to always double check on the event flyer for the specific information.
Many of our events are sellouts, and reservations should be made as early as possible in order to guarantee that you will be able to attend these events.
Reservations should be made by the deadline indicated in the notice for that event.
For Birthday Dinners, reservations should be made by 3:00pm on the Tuesday before the dinner.
When making a reservation by phone or e-mail, please provide the following information:
1. The name of the event you are making a reservation for.
2. Your name, your phone number and the total number of individuals in your group.

Payment:
For most of the dinner events, payment is due at the time of the dinner via cash, check or credit card. For most all other events, refer to the flyer for the information on where to send your payment as some events might need to be prepaid.
Cancellations:
If you call in a reservation and then have a cancellation, please call let us know ASAP. It does help, as it allows us to adjust the amount of food we must buy for these dinners. In addition, some of these dinners ar sellouts and this will allow others on a wait lest to attend.
No-Shows:
“No-Shows” at our dinners are charged $10 per ticket, to be paid by the person who made the reservation.
